The Howard County Health Department is holding community presentations about Coronavirus (COVID-19) at three libraries. You can sign up on the library website. Here are the times/locations:

The presentation on March 4th from 7-8:30 p.m. at East Columbia Library will be streamed via Facebook Live and posted on YouTube afterward for those unable to attend or who do not want to be in a public setting. The March 5th presentation will be held at the Elkridge Library from 2-3 and March 10 from 2-3 at the Miller Library.
