Complete the Transcript Request form any time you need a transcript. You can list several requests/schools on one form.
❏ Completely fill out all columns of the Transcript Request form with the correct school information, deadlines, delivery type, and letter of recommendation.
❏ Be sure to provide a working phone number and email address where you can be reached if necessary.
❏ Email the Transcript Request form to WLHSRegistrars@hcpss.org
❏ By submitting this form, colleges/schools will be placed in Naviance under “Colleges I’m Applying to” list.
❏ Please allow 20 school days to process transcripts requests. Requests made without 20 days to process may not be processed in time to meet your deadline.
❏ You may submit the Transcript Request form multiple times to add schools to your list.
❏ Midyear reports will automatically be sent to all schools listed on your Transcript Request form(s).
