The School-Based Wellness Center at Wilde Lake High School is offering free sports physicals and health visits this summer! The dates being offered are as follows:
July 9 - August 1, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1pm-4pm
August 5 - August 9, 9:30am-12:30pm
August 12 - August 13, 8am-3pm
Location: School-Based Wellness Center @ Wilde Lake High School

Important Information:
You must be a student at Wilde Lake High School to participate.
You must make an appointment; no walk-ins will be accepted.
When making an appointment, you may also need to complete the School-Based Wellness Center registration.
