All athletes must register before February 28, 2022, to participate in the Spring Season Tryouts. 
**The Physical Examination form must be dated within 12 months of the first day of tryouts for that sport for approval.**
NO WALK-UP REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE DAY OF TRYOUTS.
