VIRTUAL CLASS SCHEDULE

*Period 1 is 9:00-9:45
*Period 2 is 10:00-10:45
*Period 3 is 1:10-1:55
*Period 4 is 2:10-2:55

  • Additional synchronous support at 8:30am and 2:55pm on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays is time for students to login and meet with teachers for extra help. 
  • For the google meet links for each class, check Canvas announcements and the calendar.
  • Use Google Chrome as your browser.
  • Go to hcpss.me to login.
  • Be sure you are logged in with your HCPSS account (not a personal gmail account).
  • You can join your class through Canvas or Google Meet.  See this link for directions: 2 ways to join your class Google Meet Directions for Students  fall 2020.
  • Do not try use Synergy to try to get to your google meets.  Even though there is a button that says Join Meeting in Synergy, it does not work.  Use hcpss.me and then use Google Meet or Canvas.
