1/28 - Want to Learn More about the SAT and ACT?

Mon, 01/20/2020 - 9:50am

If you’re like most parents or guardians, you have a lot of questions about college entrance exams. Which test is best for your student? When should they take the test? Is it worth taking a preparation course, and if so, what should they cover? The WLHS PTSA will be sponsoring a free SAT/ACT Parent Information Session on January 28th at 7:00 pm at the school to help answer all your questions. The session is offered by the PTSA’s new partner, The Answer Class, which has helped more than 5,300 Maryland high school students prepare for the SAT and ACT tests.

If you have already decided that an SAT prep course is right for your student, please consider attending one of the courses offered at Wilde Lake High School by The Answer Class. Their 8-hour SAT course will be held on March 1st (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) and April 27 and 29 (5:30 to 9:30 pm). ACT courses will be scheduled in the near future. These courses are a fundraiser for the WLHS PTSA with 20% of tuition being used for WLHS scholarships.
