The flu shot will be offered again, this year, during school hours through a collaborative effort with Maryland Partnership for Prevention.  The flu vaccine clinic will be held on Monday, October 28th, 2019 and your student will have received a consent form by Friday, September 20th (please disregard the September 21st return deadline).  Please check with your student to ensure they have received the form.  Additionally, an online option is available to fill out the online consent form.

Both electronic and paper consents are due by October 4th.  After October 4th the online link will no longer be accessible.
