The Armed Services Vocational Test Battery (ASVAB) will be administered at Wilde Lake on Tuesday, March 27 from 7:30 – 10:30.  Any junior or senior considering a career in the military should take this entrance test.  Similar to the SAT or ACT, the ASVAB includes sections on Verbal and Math skills, but also includes sections on General Science, Mechanical Comprehension, Electronics Information, Auto Information, and Shop Information.  Scores are used to determine eligibility for each branch of service and to assist with military job placement.  The assessment is free.  Interested students should sign up on Naviance.  For more information, contact Ms. Bullock in Room 223 or via email at susan_bullock@hcpss.org.
