The Council of Elders of the Black Community of Howard County, in partnership with the Howard County Public School System, will honor Black/African American high school seniors from all 12 of our high schools on Wednesday, April 19, 2017.  The celebration will be held at Hammond High School beginning promptly at 6:00pm.
