Space is limited and you must contact Alli Hammond to schedule your test.  No walk-ins will be admitted.  AHammond2@pivotphysicaltherapy.com
All test are at 2:30 on the date listed.  Athletes should take the test on the date of their sport.  
June 6th - Boys and Girls soccer    
June 7th - Volleyball and Field Hockey
June 8th - Football
June 9th - Cheer/ Makeup Tests
