Prospect Believe, Inc. a community-based organization is hosting town hall meetings with the focus on Youth Access to Tobacco Products in Howard County. The town hall meetings will focus on Howard County Tobacco Compliance Laws and the need for enforcement of these laws to ensure retail stores do not continue to sell tobacco products to youth in Howard County.

The town hall meetings mission is to provide our residents with a road map to building a healthier community through compliance and enforcement. We encourage the community to assist us in this county wide campaign to have a hundred percent compliance rate with all retail stores in Howard County. We invite you to attend one of these town hall meetings for your convenience at the following locations:

* Elkridge Senior Center:  Monday, February 22, 2016 at 9:00 am to 10:00 am

* Howard County Health Department: Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 8:30am to 10:30 am (Potomac Room)
