The School-Based Wellness Center at Wilde Lake High School is offering free sports physicals and health visits this summer! The dates being offered are as follows:
July 7 - July 30, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 12pm-4pm
August 3 - August 7, 8am-3pm
Location: School-Based Wellness Center @ Wilde Lake High School (must enter through Jim Rouse Theatre entrance due to construction at WLHS main entrance)

Important Information:
You must be a student at Wilde Lake High School to participate.
You must make an appointment; no walk-ins will be accepted.
When making an appointment, you may also need to complete the School-Based Wellness Center registration.
