2018 WLHS Prom Guest Forms are now available in the front office!

Prom Information:
Date: Friday, May 18th
Time: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Location: B & O Railroad Museum, 901 W. Pratt St., Baltimore, MD 21223

Ticket Sales:
Online: 4/16 - 5/4
At Lunch: 4/30 - 5/7
No tickets will be purchased through the front office. They will only be available online or during lunch times.

Ticket Prices:
$30 from 4/16 - 5/2
$35 from 5/3 - 5/4
$40 on 5/7 only

Prom Guest Forms:
All forms must be turned in to the office no later than 4/27/18.  If a student is bringing another Wilde Lake student, they do not need to fill out the guest form. Guest forms are only required for guests that do not attend Wilde Lake High School. All guest forms must be approved by an administrator prior to purchasing a ticket for the activity.

REMINDERS:
*Middle school students or guests age 21 and over are not permitted!!!
*Each student may have a single guest only
*Copy of Guest’s photo ID must accompany this request. Face must be identifiable.
*Acceptable forms of ID - Current School ID, Military ID, or Valid Driver’s License
*BOTH sides of the form must be completed before it is handed in to office for approval - No Exceptions!
*The WLHS Front Office Staff will not make copies of ID’s
