The course registration process for the 2026-2027 school year opens on December 16th. Student Services has a website to help. Important things to know about the process:
- Teachers have added course recommendations in HCPSS connect. Recommendations are only made for academic courses that are graduation requirements. These recommendations will be visible to students in HCPSS Connect beginning on December 16th.
- All students must choose seven credits and three alternate courses using HCPSS Connect.
- All course selections must be added by January 12th.
- Counselors will meet with all students individually through English classes in January to discuss course selection in order to ensure graduation requirements are being met and to answer any questions that students have. Course selections can be modified during these meetings.
- Students wishing to pursue Jump Start or Work release must STILL register for seven credits as we make these schedule modifications in the spring and summer.
