Did you know that this year, for the first time, WLHS Juniors and Seniors are attending Prom? Here are a few more things you might not know:

*After Prom is open to all Juniors and Seniors, not just those who attend Prom – students are welcome to arrive at the school at 10:30 pm as the Prom attendees are arriving

*Everyone attending After Prom needs a permission slip, including dates who are not WLHS students – extra permission slips are in the office and on the WLHS PTSA website

*Free transportation is available from the Science Center to the After Prom– no need to pick up the kids or hire a limo!

*Last year we gave away almost $3,000 in prizes to After Prom attendees

*Almost 100 parents and WLHS community members volunteered to support last year’s event

With Juniors and Seniors at Prom this year, we are hoping to have up to twice as many students at After Prom. So now more than ever, it will take a lot of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and neighbors to pull off the After Prom and we need YOU to make it happen. Please sign up to decorate before the event, assist at the event, or both! Equally important, we also need donations of food and prizes. Whether your student is a freshman or senior, we need your help to keep our Wilde Lake students having fun in a safe environment all night long.
